John has extensive experience in Physical Security, supervision of personnel conducting investigations into criminal activity, worker compensation / accident injury claims, EEOC claims, background checks and general investigations. As an ADW (Assistant Deputy & Deputy Warden), John was in charge of maintenance for all facilities on Rikers Island Correction Department He was also liaison between the Public Works Department contractors during construction on Rikers Island. A retired Captain of the NY City Department of Correction, Jim has over 13 years of law enforcement experience. He is extremely knowledgeable in Physical Security, security measures during conduct of Bodyguard / Executive Protection services, as well as investigative knowledge pertaining to Background Checks, Criminal Activity / Fraud Prevention, Workers Compensation / Accident Injury and EEOC / Discrimination and General Investigations. Jim also has over 10 years experience as a 1Lt / Cpt US Army Reserve / Active Duty Military Police Officer. A graduate of the Military Police Officers Advanced Qualifications Course, Command and General Staff College and numerous other Army educational courses, both Basic and Advanced Branch for Infantry and Transportation Corps. His experience in the Army Reserves gives him knowledge of Physical Security / Warehouse Security, Port Operations, Patrol and Basic Investigations.
